A coin-operated crane redemption game that dispenses ticket rolls as prizes, available in single and double configurations with LED-illuminated front panels.

Overview

The Smart Industries Ticket Time is a claw crane redemption game in which players attempt to grab ticket rolls of varying values using a 4-way joystick-controlled claw. Instead of plush toys or novelties, the playfield is stocked with ticket rolls that can be redeemed at a prize counter or credited directly to a swipe card — rolls are then recycled back into the game.

Ticket Time is available in three cabinet widths — 31" Single, 45", and 61" Double — and ships in seven LED panel colors: Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Pink, Red, and Orange.

Key Features

LED-Illuminated Front Panels

The cabinet features fully lit front panels with LED edge lighting on both upper and lower frames, including floor-casting illumination. A single LED color is selected at the time of order from seven available options: Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Pink, Red, and Orange. Custom graphics are also available as an option.

Two-Player Double Cabinet

The 61" Double configuration houses two independent play stations side by side, each with its own claw, joystick, and coin mechanism. Both stations share the same cabinet footprint, making the double unit an efficient way to increase play capacity without doubling floor space.

Play Till You Win

A dip switch setting on the control board enables or disables a "Play Till You Win" mode, giving operators the ability to guarantee a prize on each credit cycle. This setting can be toggled independently of other cabinet configurations.

Security Construction

The cabinet is built with an 18-gauge steel console, steel security padlock tabs on both the console and front glass door, a tamper-resistant and coat hanger-proof cabinet design, an independent locking coin box, tempered safety glass panels, and durable Lexan front panels.

Dual LED Coin Comparators

New LED edge-lit dual coin comparators are included as a standard feature on current production units. An Imonex coin mechanism is standard, with DBA bill acceptor configurations, Canadian coin mechs, and Looney/Twoney mechs available as options.

High-Volume Playfield

The playfield is designed to accommodate a high volume of ticket rolls simultaneously, reducing restocking frequency during active play periods.

How It Plays

After inserting coins or credits, the player uses a 4-way joystick to position the claw over the playfield, then presses a button to drop the claw onto a ticket roll. A successful grab delivers the roll to the prize hole (6.5" x 7.5" opening), where it is retrieved and brought to the redemption counter. Ticket rolls come in various values, so each play carries a different potential reward. The interactive sound system provides audio feedback throughout each play cycle.
