Can coin operated games be used in the home?
Yes, coin-op games can be set to free play for the home, or have a free play button installed.
Do you have a showroom or can I come and visit?
Yes we do! We have a showroom in Birmingham, Alabama. The showroom is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST.

Can I purchase a game not listed on your website?
Yes! Our inventory changes on a daily basis. We have many resources to look for specific games that are not listed on our website. Please use our Inquiry Form for games not listed on our website.
How long will it take to receive my arcade game?
New games can be delivered in 1-8 weeks depending if the game is in stock. Refurbished/Used games will be delivered in 2-8 weeks.
Do you offer any kind of discounts?
Yes, we do offer multi-game discounts. Discounts vary depending on the number of games being purchased.
Will my arcade game work with my standard electrical outlets?
Yes, Arcade games come with a 3 prong plug and will work in any standard 110v outlet.
What type of payments do you receive?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards, cashier's checks and bank wires.
Do you sell refurbished games?
Yes, we sell all types of refurbished machines including Arcade games, Pinball machines, Air Hockey tables, and Pool Tables.
What condition are your refurbished games in?
All games go through a full refurbishing process before being shipped out. We do our best to make your refurbished machine look as new as possible. For Games and Jukeboxes we check all controls and repair or replace as necessary, repair monitor if needed, clean, body work and painting, perform a burn in test (leave machine turned on in shop to be played and tested).
For Pinball Games we disassemble, clean and wax the playfield, clean all plastics, replace all lights, touch-up solder on connections known to fail with time, replace all rubbers, tighten all screws, perform a burn in test.
Do you have a service or repair center?
Yes. We have a service center in Birmingham, Alabama. We can service or repair all games we sell, and even some games we do not sell! Email if you have a service / repair question or Call us if you need service work.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. Call our Parts Department in Birmingham (205-324-7526) for your parts needs. We carry a large stock of many items we sell.
What type of warranty will I receive on my game?
New games come with a manufacturers warranty along with Birmingham Vending's warranty. Refurbished/Used games come with a 90 day parts warranty and FREE telephone support.
Will my arcade game fit in my doorways?
Standard Arcade games and Pinball machines will fit through a standard doorway. Dimensions for all games are listed on our website. Please measure your doorway before ordering. Still not sure? Give us a call at 205-324-7526 and we will help.
Is there any setup or "assembly required" on my game after I receive it?
Yes, most games require simple setup. (Pinball machines, Air Hockey tables, Pool tables-need legs put on the machine) Upright Arcade games, and Jukeboxes have no assembly required.
What about damage during shipment - what do I do?
Call us immediately! DO NOT accept any machine that is damaged. Call 205-324-7526 for instructions.
How do you ship the game to my home or business?
We offer two types of shipping: Curbside or In-Home. You can review more shipping instructions here.
Will the game be delivered and setup inside my home or business when it arrives?
We do offer in-home delivery for a home or business. The trucking company will bring the machine in, unbox the machine, and take the trash with them. They are NOT required to assemble the machine.
