Betson Imperial Warranty Policies

Product Guarantee New Equipment

Other than abuse, acts of god or improper servicing, Betson warrants your machine for sixty (60) days from date of delivery.

After sixty (60) days Components warranted by the Manufacturer for a longer period of time must be sent to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement under the Warranty Policy set by the Manufacturer. If the customer wants Betson to Exchange or Repair the defective item he does so with the full understanding that he will be billed at Betson’s Current Service Rates.

Betson Enterprises in an agreement with Mars Electronics and Conlux will act as a Factory Authorized Service Centers honoring all Warranty Policies.

Limited Product Guarantee Used Equipment

Other than abuse, acts of god or improper servicing, Betson warrants your machine for thirty (30) days. During that thirty (30) day period the Customer must return the defective part to Betson for repair or exchange.

Repair Warranty Policy

All Vending component repairs  (Logic boards, Bill validators and coin mechs) are warranted for 90 days; all other items are warranted for thirty (30) days from date of completion including road service.  Items Warranted are specific to the initial repair only and any additional problem or failures that may result that are unrelated to the original repair are not covered.

Improper servicing or abuse will VOID any and all-existing Warranties.

 The Customer is responsible for all Freight charges incurred under these Warranty Policies.

All warranty claims must be made when item is brought to Betson for service.  Customer must provide machine serial number to verify warranty.  Failure to make warranty claim or provide serial number at time of service will result in warranty service not being honored.

Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE)

ICE Inc warrants that all of its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
When placing a warranty request, please be prepared to provide the following information:

·         Serial Number of Game or Bill of Sale

·         Machine Type

·         A Detailed Description of the Equipment Fault Symptoms

ICE product, including, Crompton’s, Sam’s Billiards, Uniana & Bell Fruit is warranted as follows: 

·         180 days on the Main PCB, Computers and Motors

·         90 days on all other components (i.e. DBV’s, Ticket Dispensers, etc)

·         30 days on all parts and repaired items

·         3 years on all Crane Harnessing

·         9 months on printers

  ICE Inc shall not be obligated to furnish a warranty request under the following conditions: 

·         Equipment has been subjected to unwarranted stress through abuse or neglect

·         Equipment has been damaged as a result of arbitrary repair/modification attempts

·         Equipment that has failed through normal wear and tear

ICE Inc will assume no liability whatsoever for costs associated with labor to replace defective parts or travel time associated therein.

All defective warranty covered components will be replaced with new or factory refurbished components equal to OEM specifications.  ICE Inc will cover UPS ground, or comparable shipping means, freight costs during the warranty period.  Expedited shipments are available for an additional charge.

Defective parts are returned to ICE Inc, at the customer’s expense, in a timely fashion.

ICE distributors are independent, privately owned and operated.  In their judgment, they may sell parts and/or accessories other than those manufactured by ICE Inc.  We cannot be responsible for the quality, suitability or safety of any non-ICE part, modification (including labor) that is performed by such a distributor.

Registered active on-line machines

Dedicated ITNet-capable machines that are registered and actively on-line are covered under a 1-year warranty for the following items:

Hard Drive

Power Supply.  

Active on-line machines beyond the 1-year warranty period are covered by a flat rate Advance Replacement fee.  This applies to the Main system and electronics only. No monitor advances after the warranty period ends.

Unregistered non-active on-line machines

Dedicated ITNet-capable machines that are NOT registered or actively on-line are covered under a 90 day warranty on all components.

R REPAIR AND RETURN & ADVANCE REPLACEMENT INFORMATION

There is a minimum $55.00 service charge for all non-warranty repairs or returns.

All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number marked clearly on the outside of the package.

You must obtain all RMA numbers from Incredible Technologies, Inc.  Please have the item serial number available when calling for an RMA number.

Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

For All Servicing, return to Incredible Technologies, Inc.

Advance replacement items will be shipped to the customer address on file unless specified otherwise.

Advance replacement items will be charged to a credit card to assure the return of the defective item.

All repairs and/or replacements will ship as soon as possible after receipt or request (subject to availability).

Warranty may be void if serial number or security labels are tampered with or removed. Opening the Nighthawk Chassis system will void your warranty.

ROCK-OLA WARRANTY DIGITAL DOWNLOADING JUKEBOX

This warranty is valid only is the attached warranty card is completed and returned to Rock-Ola Mfg. Corp. within 30 days of the purchase date.

The obligation of the Rock-Ola under this warranty is limited to replacing the part or component of the jukebox which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service and which has been called to Rock-Ola’s attention in the applicable warranty period, and is subject to the condition that all parts of the jukebox, have been properly services and maintained, as provided in Rock-Ola’s service manual and that the claimed defective part, up delivery to Rock-Ola and examination by it, shall prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service.  However, labor and transportation costs incidental to the replacement or exchange of said parts shall be borne by the original owner.

 This warranty shall not apply to any Jukebox or any part or component, which has been subjected to any accident, abuse or misuse.

 In no event is Rock-Ola to have any other obligation, whether for damages or otherwise, by reason of any defect in said Jukebox or any part or component thereof and under no circumstance is Rock-Ola to be liable, obligated or responsible for any consequential damages arising from any defect in said Jukebox or any part or component.

 This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Rock-Ola and Rock-Ola neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it, nor shall Rock-Ola have any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of the jukebox or any part or component thereof, and especially and without limiting the generality of he foregoing, this warranty shall be of no force or effect if the Wallette, part or component has been subject to any accident, abuse or misuse.

ROCK-OLA PHONOGRAPH WARRANTY

 This warranty is valid only if the attached warranty card is completed and returned to Rock-Ola Mfg. Corp. within 30 days of the purchase date.

 The obligation of the Rock-ola under this warranty is limited to replacing the part or component of the Phonograph which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service and which has been called to Rock-Ola’s attention in the applicable warranty period, and is subject to the condition that all parts of the Phonograph have been properly serviced and maintained, as provided in Rock-Ol’s service manual and the claimed defective part, upon deliver to Rock-Ola and examination by it, shall prove to be defective material or workmanship under normal use and service.  However, labor and transportation costs incidental to the replacement or exchange of said parts shall be borne by the original operator.

 This warranty shall not apply to any Phonograph or any part or component, which has been subjected to any accident, abuse or misuse.

 In no event is Rock-Ola to have any other obligation, whether for damages or otherwise, by reason of any defect in said Phonograph or any part or component thereof and under no circumstance is Rock-Ola to be liable, obligated or responsible for any consequential damages arising from any defect in said Phonograph or any part or component.

Sammy USA Corporation

Limited warranty, Repair and Return Policy

Sammy USA Corporation warrants all products to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the Sammy USA Corporation invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing by Sammy USA Corporation invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing by Sammy USA Corporation.  The extent of this warranty applies to all electronic assemblies only and does not include lamps and fuses.

 This limited warranty is invalid for any product that upon examination, is deemed to have been subject to misuse, improper repair or installation, neglect or violation of specification or other instructions published by Sammy USA Corporation.

There are no additional warranties described above.

The limited warranties described above shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 Return Merchandise Authorization

1.                  Contact your authorized Sammy USA distributor to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization for return.

2.                  You must obtain RMA numbers from Sammy USA Corporation through an authorized Sammy USA distributor.  Please have your serial number available when calling for RMA number.

3.                  All items must have an RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package.

4.                  Products must be shipped prepaid.  Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Credits to accounts are subject to inspection of products for damage and suitability for resale.

    • Warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, abuse, liquid damage, power surges, lightning strikes or other acts of God. Additional charges will apply for these instances.
  • After 90 days and up to 1 year: I.T. will warranty repair and return the Nighthawk Chassis, I/O board or Cabinet Identification Device at no charge. 
    • Return shipment to the customer is Ground.  Shipping upgrades are an additional cost to the customer.
    • Warranty is void if damage is due to negligence, abuse, liquid damage, power surges, lightning strikes or other acts of God. Additional charges will apply for these instances.
    • Warranty may be void if the warranty security labels and or serial numbers are tampered with or removed.
  • After 90 days and up to 1 year: An advance replacement Nighthawk Chassis, I/O board or Cabinet Identification Device can be sent for a processing fee of $75.00. 
    • Processing fee covers ground shipping to the operator and the return shipment back to I.T. Faster shipping upgrades are an additional cost to the customer.
    • The processing fee does not cover damage due to negligence, abuse, liquid damage, power surges, lightning strikes or other acts of God. Additional charges will apply for these instances.
    • If the warranty security labels and or serial numbers are tampered with or removed, additional charges may be applied.
