Five claws. One joystick. All five descend at the same instant over a full field of colored balls.
Overview
Sega High Five Tickets is a single-player ticket crane that replaces the traditional one-claw grab with a five-claw mechanism, all controlled by a single joystick. Players position the claws over the prize field and trigger a simultaneous five-point drop, collecting as many balls as possible in one play. RFID sensors read each captured ball instantly and calculate the ticket total — including any multiplier bonuses — the moment the balls land in the win chute.
Key Features
Five-Claw Mechanism
All five claws move as a single unit under joystick control and drop together on command. The simultaneous five-point descent covers a wider section of the prize field than any single-claw configuration, and the coordinated drop produces a visible moment of action readable from across the floor.
RFID Ball-Scoring System
Each ball carries an RFID tag. When captured balls drop into the win chute, the reader identifies each one and calculates the ticket total without manual counting. Four distinct ball colors map to four different ticket values, so the mix of balls collected determines the base payout before any multiplier is applied.
Ticket Multiplier and Ball Boost
Multiplier tiers scale with the number of balls collected per play. Collecting 15 balls in a single drop triggers the top-tier 10x multiplier. The pearl ball is a special variant on the field: when grabbed, it counts as 2 to 5 additional balls toward the multiplier threshold, producing a visible scoring jump on the display.
Guaranteed-Win Structure
Every play results in a ticket payout. Because all five claws drop simultaneously over a full prize field, each play captures at least some balls, and the RFID system computes a ticket value from whatever is collected. There is no empty-handed outcome.
Automatic Ball Replenishment
Won balls are automatically redistributed onto the playfield after each play. The field refills without operator intervention, keeping the prize surface consistently stocked between plays.
Neon Beach Party Cabinet
The cabinet uses a neon beach party theme with vibrant edge lighting across the full perimeter. The lighting is visible from multiple approach angles and illuminates the prize field interior, making ball colors distinguishable through the cabinet glass.
How It Plays
The player uses a single joystick to position all five claws over the color-coded ball field, then presses the button — and all five claws descend at once. Captured balls drop into the win chute, where RFID sensors read each one and post the ticket total to the display in real time. From the side, bystanders see the full five-claw drop, the ball scatter, and the multiplier readout update on the cabinet display in the same moment.

Why Operators Love It
Self-Restocking Playfield Cuts Attendant Time
The automatic ball redistribution system returns won balls to the playfield after every play — no manual restocking between plays, and no consumable prizes to replenish on a per-play basis.
Standard 110V Circuit at 3.7 Amps
The unit draws 3.7 amps at 110V, requiring no dedicated electrical run. It installs on the same standard circuits used by other crane and redemption cabinets in a typical FEC or route mix.
Tunable Ball Mix Adjusts Average Payout
Four ball colors each carry a separate ticket value. Operators can shift the ratio of ball types on the playfield to adjust the average payout distribution without modifying the cabinet's electronics or core mechanics.
49-Inch Width Fits Standard Floor Slots
At 49 inches wide assembled, the High Five Tickets fits the floor slot widths standard to most arcade and FEC layouts, placing alongside other full-size crane and redemption cabinets without requiring a custom floor plan adjustment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Sega High Five Tickets calculate ticket payouts?
Each ball contains an RFID tag. When balls land in the win chute after a drop, the RFID reader identifies each ball's color and assigns its corresponding ticket value. The system totals the values and applies any multiplier earned by the ball count collected in that play.
What is the Ball Boost feature on the High Five Tickets?
The pearl ball is a special ball type placed on the playfield. When a player's five-claw drop captures a pearl ball, it counts as 2 to 5 additional balls toward the multiplier threshold — accelerating the player's progress toward higher multiplier tiers in that play.
What is the maximum ticket multiplier on the Sega High Five Tickets?
The top multiplier tier is 10x, unlocked when a player collects 15 balls in a single drop. Lower ball counts trigger smaller multipliers, with the payout scaling upward as the collected count rises toward 15.
What are the assembled dimensions of the Sega High Five Tickets?
The assembled cabinet measures 49 inches wide, 45 inches deep, and 98 inches tall, with an assembled weight of 683 lbs. Shipping dimensions are 52 inches wide, 46 inches deep, and 83 inches tall at 694 lbs.
Ideal Placement
The High Five Tickets is suited for family entertainment centers, bowling center arcades, trampoline parks, and pizzeria game rooms where redemption cranes are part of the floor mix. Its 98-inch assembled height fits standard commercial ceiling clearances, and the neon edge lighting performs well in mixed-lighting arcade environments. The guaranteed-win payout structure also makes it a practical fit for venues that serve younger players or first-time arcade guests.
