A taut string holds the prize above the door. Cut it. The door swings open.
Overview
The Cut 2 Win Mini is a compact merchandise arcade game built around a single visible mechanic: a string suspends a jumbo-size prize above a locked front door, and the player's goal is to cut that string. The moment the string is severed, the door releases and the player retrieves the prize directly from the cabinet. The Mini format brings the full Cut 2 Win concept into a 23-inch-wide footprint sized for venues where floor space is limited.
Key Features
String-and-Door Prize Delivery Mechanism
The prize hangs visibly inside the cabinet, suspended by a string that the player works to cut during play. A successful cut triggers the front door to swing open mechanically, allowing the player to take the prize with no staff intervention required. The prize is on display throughout the entire play cycle, visible through the reinforced glass front.
Full Metallic Cabinet with Reinforced Glass
The cabinet is constructed from full metal with reinforced glass panels. This build keeps the prize visible throughout play while providing the structural durability expected of a coin-op unit in commercial rotation. The glass front places the suspended prize in direct view of anyone passing by.
Medium-to-Large Prize Capacity
The interior is sized to hold medium to large prizes, including jumbo plush. Each new unit ships with one jumbo plush included at no additional cost, so the cabinet arrives ready to stock and place. Operators can configure the prize type to match their venue and player demographics.
Unique Top Sign for Linked Mini Configurations
The Mini cabinet features a distinct top sign designed to integrate visually when multiple Mini units are placed side by side. Operators running a bank of connected Minis get a unified overhead display across the row, which differentiates the setup from a single standalone unit.
Compact Footprint
At 23 inches wide and 27 inches deep, the Cut 2 Win Mini fits into floor slots that would not accommodate full-size merchandise machines. The 72-inch height keeps the cabinet within standard venue ceiling clearances.
How It Plays
The player operates a cutting tool inside the cabinet, working to sever the string that holds the prize suspended above the front door. Throughout the attempt, the prize — a jumbo plush or comparable merchandise — hangs in full view behind the glass, visible to anyone walking past. When the string is cut, the front door swings open and the player takes the prize directly from the cabinet — a physical payoff moment that reads clearly from a distance.

Why Operators Love It
Compact Slot for Tight Floors
The 23-inch width and 27-inch depth fit into wall slots and floor gaps that standard full-size merchandise cabinets cannot occupy. Operators with constrained layouts can place the Mini where a larger unit would be ruled out.
US-Based Parts Inventory
Replacement parts for the Cut 2 Win Mini are stocked in the US. Operators needing components after a service event are not sourcing from overseas, which reduces the time a unit spends out of rotation waiting on parts.
Flexible Merchandise Configuration
The cabinet holds medium to large prizes — not just the included jumbo plush — giving operators the ability to adjust prize type and perceived value by location. The prize category can be swapped to match venue demographics without any modification to the cabinet itself.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size venue is the Cut 2 Win Mini built for?
The Cut 2 Win Mini is specifically designed for venues with limited floor space. At 23 inches wide and 27 inches deep, it fits into slots that cannot accommodate full-size merchandise cabinets, making it a workable option for smaller arcades, convenience locations, and any venue where square footage is at a premium.
What is included with the Cut 2 Win Mini?
Each Cut 2 Win Mini ships with one jumbo plush prize included at no additional cost, so the unit arrives ready to place without an immediate separate prize order. The cabinet also comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Can the Cut 2 Win Mini be run as part of a multi-unit installation?
Yes. The Mini features a unique top sign designed for side-by-side linked configurations. When two or more units are placed together, the top signage connects visually across the row, presenting the bank of machines as a unified installation.
What types of prizes can the Cut 2 Win Mini hold?
The cabinet is sized to hold medium to large prizes, including jumbo plush. Operators can swap the prize type to match their venue — the mechanical design accommodates a range of merchandise without cabinet modification.
Ideal Placement
The Cut 2 Win Mini fits naturally in family entertainment centers, trampoline parks, mini-golf clubhouses, and pizzerias where a full-size merchandise machine would not fit. Its 23-inch width makes it viable for convenience store and laundromat route placements where merchandise crane games are typically ruled out by footprint. Hotel game rooms and restaurant waiting areas with a single row of machines along a wall are also well-suited to the Mini's narrow profile.
