A string suspends the prize inside a locked cabinet. The front door swings open the moment it's cut.
Overview
The Cut 2 Win Deluxe is a prize-redemption cabinet by Pipeline Games in which a jumbo-size prize hangs visibly inside the unit, suspended by a string. The player operates a cutting mechanism to sever the string — and when they succeed, the front door unlocks and opens automatically so they can retrieve the prize. The Deluxe cabinet replaces the previous enclosure with a full-metal frame and tempered thick glass, maintaining the same core game mechanism in a new commercial-grade housing.
Key Features
String-Cut Prize Delivery Mechanism
The prize hangs from a string inside the tempered glass cabinet — visible to the player and to anyone watching from the side. When the player's cutting tool severs the string, the front door releases and swings open. The prize is physically in the player's hands at that moment, with no ticket printing or staff intervention required.
Full-Metal Cabinet with Tempered Thick Glass
The cabinet shell is all-metal construction with a tempered glass front panel. The glass keeps the hung prize fully visible between plays, which is what makes the mechanic readable to walk-by traffic before a coin is inserted. Large-diameter wheels are mounted to the base for floor repositioning without tools or a dolly.
Operator-Configurable Prize Selection
The operator chooses what hangs inside — the machine is not limited to a fixed prize type. Documented prize options include PlayStation 5 consoles, Xbox Series X consoles, Jordan sneakers, large flat-screen TVs, and large ticket rolls. Prize value and category are set by the operator between plays.
Optional Bill Acceptor with 300-Note Upgraded Stacker
An optional bill acceptor is available with a 300-note upgraded stacker. The higher-capacity stacker reduces the frequency of cashbox service intervals compared to a standard-note unit, which is a relevant consideration for high-traffic or route deployments.
Includes One Jumbo Stuffed Animal
Each unit ships with one jumbo stuffed animal included, providing an initial prize to hang and demonstrate the mechanic before the operator sources their own prize inventory.
How It Plays
The player maneuvers a cutting tool toward the string that holds the prize suspended inside the glass cabinet. From outside the machine, the string and the hanging prize are both visible through the tempered glass — bystanders can see exactly how close the blade is to the string on every attempt. The moment the string is severed, the front door audibly unlocks and opens, and the player removes their prize directly from the cabinet.

Why Operators Love It
Wheel-Mounted Base for Floor Repositioning
Large wheels built into the cabinet base allow a single person to roll the unit to a new floor position. At 408 lbs, repositioning without wheels would require a pallet jack or multi-person lift — the integrated wheels eliminate that logistics step.
Self-Contained Prize Delivery
When the string is cut, the cabinet door releases mechanically — the player retrieves the prize without staff involvement. This matters on routes or in venues where floor staff coverage is limited during peak hours.
Standard 110V Single-Phase Power
The Cut 2 Win Deluxe runs on standard 110V power, the same outlet type found at virtually every commercial venue. A 220V configuration is available on request for international or specialty placements.
One-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Pipeline Games covers the unit with a standard one-year manufacturer warranty. The company is US-based, which keeps parts sourcing and support communications domestic.
Frequently Asked Questions
What type of prizes can be used in the Cut 2 Win Deluxe?
The operator selects and hangs whatever prize they choose — the machine is not restricted to a specific prize category. Pipeline Games lists documented examples including PlayStation 5 consoles, Xbox Series X consoles, Jordan sneakers, large flat-screen TVs, and large ticket rolls. Each unit ships with one jumbo stuffed animal to use as the first hung prize.
What are the assembled dimensions of the Cut 2 Win Deluxe Cabinet?
The assembled cabinet measures 33 in W x 33 in D x 76 in H and weighs 408 lbs. The shipping carton measures 39 in W x 40 in D x 38 in H at 430 lbs.
Does the Cut 2 Win Deluxe accept bills?
A bill acceptor with a 300-note upgraded stacker is available as an optional add-on. The base unit does not include it by default — operators who want bill acceptance should select that option at the time of purchase.
How is the cabinet powered?
The Cut 2 Win Deluxe runs on standard 110V single-phase power. A 220V configuration is available on request for venues requiring it.
Ideal Placement
The Cut 2 Win Deluxe fits family entertainment centers, bowling center arcades, trampoline parks, and mall arcades where a large-prize redemption cabinet draws attention in an open floor plan. Its 33-inch square footprint occupies roughly the same floor space as a standard single-player crane. Route placement in high-foot-traffic venues such as movie theater lobbies and restaurant waiting areas is also viable given the self-contained prize delivery and single-outlet power requirement.
