Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement.When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Please be Advised: If you sign for the shipment without notating damages and/or shortages, the carrier will reject all claims for said damages and/or shortages.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.

Animal Kaiser features a wide variety of animal characters with different combat ability! Fun for all the family, this game only requires 2 buttons for play on a roulette system. Animal Kaiser Plus has a new “Card Buying Mode” feature that allows players to obtain cards from the arcade machine without playing the game. With its new Version 1 card catalogue of 78 cards and Version 2 soon to be announced, players aim to collect them all to enhance their fighting ability.
