A boat-shaped cabinet. Two players toss coins into hidden targets. The ticket payout is entirely skill-determined.
Overview
Lost Pirate Twin is a two-player, skill-based redemption game from LAI Games built inside a sculpted boat-shaped cabinet with color-changing LED lighting. Players physically toss coins at targets to unlock paths, avoid hazards, and reach the treasure — every ticket earned reflects player accuracy, not chance. The twin configuration seats two players side-by-side in the same cabinet, making it a compact option for venues that want simultaneous multi-player redemption.
Key Features
Boat-Shaped Cabinet with Color-Changing LEDs
The cabinet is molded into the form of a ship's hull and fitted with color-changing LED lighting that pulses and shifts during play. The sculptural silhouette reads as a distinct object from across an arcade floor, separating it visually from flat-panel redemption cabinets.
Physical Coin-Toss Mechanic
Players toss coins at specific hidden target spots on the playfield to unlock route segments and avoid hazards including sharks and volcanic traps. Ticket output is tied directly to toss accuracy — the mechanic is 100% skill-based with no random elements affecting the outcome.
Two-Player Side-by-Side Configuration
Both player positions are integrated into a single cabinet unit. Two players compete or play simultaneously without requiring two separate machines or additional floor space beyond the cabinet's own footprint.
Full Payment System Compatibility
The cabinet ships ready to accept coins, bills, and card-based payment systems. A ticket dispenser is included. The Universal Connector Link allows interfacing with standard arcade debit card and cashless payment infrastructure.
No Consumables Required
The gameplay mechanic uses internal sensors and mechanical targets — there are no pellets, tokens, or other physical consumables to restock between plays. Ongoing operating cost is limited to ticket paper.
How It Plays
Each player physically tosses coins toward hidden target zones on the pirate-themed playfield, trying to land accurate throws that unlock route segments toward a buried treasure chest while bypassing sharks and fiery volcanic hazards. A successful sequence of tosses completes the island run and triggers the ticket payout. From a few feet away, the active coin arc, the LED response on hits, and the dual players tossing simultaneously make the cabinet visually active during a live game.

Why Operators Love It
Two Revenue Streams in One Footprint
Both player positions share one cabinet occupying 67.9" x 48" of floor space. Operators get two simultaneous paying players without doubling the square footage required.
Universal Connector Link for Cashless Integration
The built-in Universal Connector Link interfaces with standard arcade debit card and cashless loyalty systems. Operators running card-based venues can drop this unit into an existing network without additional hardware modifications.
Minimal Restocking Overhead
Because the mechanic is sensor- and target-based rather than projectile-based, there are no consumable play materials to order, store, or reload. Routine service is limited to ticket paper replenishment.
Broad Age Range Reduces Programming Gaps
LAI Games rates the machine suitable for all ages. The physical coin-toss mechanic is intuitive enough for younger players while the skill ceiling keeps older players engaged — operators don't need to rotate it out of a mixed-demographic venue floor.
Ideal Placement
Lost Pirate Twin is suited for family entertainment centers, bowling alley game rooms, children's amusement venues, and mid-size arcades. The all-ages mechanic and pirate theme fit well alongside other redemption titles in a dedicated ticket-redemption zone.
