Two mallets. One playfield. The on-screen score and countdown stay visible throughout every round.
Overview
The Kalkomat Ghost is a two-player mallet redemption game where players strike targets within a timed round, with the live score, remaining time, and current high score all displayed on-screen throughout play. Built for commercial venues, the Ghost ships with a waterproof construction and accommodates up to three optional payment upgrades — bill acceptor, electronic coin acceptor, and ticket dispenser — so operators can configure it to match their location's requirements.
Key Features
Dual-Mallet Two-Player Format
The Ghost includes two mallets, allowing two players to compete on the same playfield simultaneously. Both players contribute to the same round, which keeps cycles short and the cabinet in active use.
Live On-Screen Scoring Display
The cabinet displays the actual score, remaining time, and current high score in real time during every game. Score and time updates are visible from the cabinet face throughout the round.
Waterproof Construction
The Ghost is built to a waterproof standard, making it suitable for placement in environments where spills, humidity, or moisture exposure are a factor — including food service areas and venues with outdoor-adjacent locations.
Configurable Payment Options
The Ghost ships without a built-in payment system, and three upgrades are available to match any location's setup: a bill acceptor, an electronic coin acceptor, and a ticket dispenser. Each is an add-on, so operators select only what their venue requires.
Low Power Draw
Active game mode draws 130 watts. In demo mode the cabinet drops to 18 watts, keeping idle energy consumption low across a route or multi-unit floor.
How It Plays
Players pick up the two included mallets and strike the playfield targets within a countdown window, with the live score updating on-screen as each hit registers. A bystander facing the cabinet can read the current score, time remaining, and high score from the display without approaching the machine — the scoreboard is visible throughout the round rather than revealed only at the end.

Why Operators Love It
Build-to-Venue Payment Configuration
The Ghost ships without a locked-in payment system. Bill acceptor, electronic coin acceptor, and ticket dispenser are each available as individual upgrades, so the cabinet is configured for the specific payment and payout setup a location already uses — no unused hardware installed.
Compact Assembled Footprint
At 31.5 inches wide, the Ghost fits within a standard single-machine floor slot and moves through a standard 32-inch doorway with minimal clearance issues. The 256-lb gross weight is manageable with standard freight and two-person install equipment.
Low Idle Power Draw
At 18 watts in demo mode, the cabinet draws minimal power when not in active play. Operators running multi-unit floors or route locations keep idle energy costs low across the full install.
Waterproof Build Expands Placement Options
The waterproof construction means the Ghost is not limited to dry-floor arcade environments. Pizza restaurants, food courts, and venues where beverage spills are routine present less service risk with this cabinet than with standard non-sealed units.

Assembled, the Ghost measures 31.5 inches wide, 53 inches deep, and 51 inches tall. The shipping package measures 35 in W x 40 in D x 60 in H, with a gross shipping weight of 256 lbs.
Ideal Placement
The Kalkomat Ghost fits family entertainment centers, pizzerias, bowling center arcades, and trampoline parks where a family-rated two-player format is a priority. Its waterproof construction makes it a practical choice for food service environments and restaurant waiting areas where spill exposure is routine. At 31.5 inches wide, it fits standard single-slot floor plans in mall arcades and hotel game rooms without requiring a dedicated wide-format space.
