Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement. When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.
If you have any questions or concerns before signing the delivery receipt, please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-205-324-7526. A Representative will talk you through the delivery process.
A seat wide enough for a parent and child together. A steering wheel that vibrates when the wheels leave pavement.
Overview
The Jet Games Urban 4x4 Expedition is a children's driving simulator built around a ride-along seat sized for a child and an accompanying adult, a force-feedback steering wheel that vibrates on off-road terrain, and a 24-inch monitor. Operators select between two software packages — one calibrated for younger children and one for older children — giving a single cabinet reach across a broader guest age range. The unit supports both coin-op and free-play modes.
Key Features
Dual Software Packages, Operator-Selectable
The cabinet ships with two software configurations: one tuned for younger children and one for older children. The operator selects which package is active, allowing the unit to serve different audience segments at different locations or times without purchasing separate hardware.
Force-Feedback Steering Wheel
The steering wheel vibrates when the vehicle travels off-road terrain, delivering physical feedback that corresponds directly to on-screen conditions. The tactile response is perceptible from the seat and adds a sensory layer that distinguishes this unit from passive kiddie rides.
Ride-Along Seat
The seat is sized to accommodate both a child driver and a parent seated alongside simultaneously. Accompanying adults participate from the seat itself rather than standing at the side — a physical design distinction from single-occupant kiddie rides.
Coin-Op and Free-Play Modes
The unit operates in both coin-op and free-play modes. Operators can run it as a revenue-generating attraction on a coin mechanism or switch to free-play for events, promotions, or venues where paid-per-play is not the model — all within the same cabinet with no hardware change.
How It Plays
The child grips the steering wheel and navigates urban and off-road driving courses displayed on the 24-inch monitor while the wheel physically vibrates each time the vehicle crosses rough terrain. A parent can sit alongside in the shared seat, making the experience participatory from the seat itself. Passersby see a child actively steering at a scaled driving console with an adult beside them — a configuration that reads differently from a standard single-rider kiddie ride.

Why Operators Love It
One Cabinet, Two Age Targets
The operator-selectable software switch means a single unit can be configured for younger children at one location and older children at another — or swapped seasonally at the same venue — without sourcing a second machine.
Coin-Op or Free-Play at the Operator's Discretion
The built-in mode switch lets operators run the unit as a paid attraction or flip it to free-play for events or promotional periods — all within the same cabinet, with no hardware change required.
Standard 120V Power
The unit runs on a standard 120V outlet, fitting directly into typical U.S. venue wiring without additional electrical infrastructure.
Ideal Placement
Family entertainment centers, children's museums, indoor play venues, bowling centers, and any location with a dedicated kiddie or family ride section. The ride-along seat configuration makes it particularly suited to areas where parents accompany young children.
