Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to deliveryonly if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement. When your shipment arrives:
Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
Note: If damages are found prior to signing the delivery receipt, any resulting detention fees will be waived.
Delivery Inspection:Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages onthe delivery receipt –
Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Please be Advised: If you sign for the shipment without notating damages and/or shortages, the carrier will reject all claims for said damages and/or shortages. Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered. Is a TV included with the Showpiece PRO w/ Stand?
No — a 4K television is not included. Any size 4K TV works with the game, but 4K resolution is required. The cabinet connects via the included HDMI cable. The stand is designed to accommodate your TV of choice.
What is the difference between the Showpiece PRO and the Showpiece PRO w/ Stand?
The w/ Stand bundle includes the brand-new Showpiece PRO TV Stand — a lightweight, purpose-built base that gives your setup a clean, professional look and keeps everything neatly together.
Is an online subscription required to play?
No. The game is fully playable offline with all 120+ pre-installed courses from day one. A subscription ($125/year or $12.99/month) is optional and unlocks online tournaments, Club Pass progression, leaderboards, and annual software updates.
What if I have a low ceiling?
Remove the marquee topper to reduce the overall height by 9.75 inches. This brings the total height down to approximately 76.25 inches with the stand — suitable for standard 8-foot ceilings.
Are there any state restrictions?
Residents of Arizona, New Jersey, South Dakota, Louisiana, and Alaska are not eligible for prize play. Some game modes may also be restricted in those states.
Can I upgrade my existing Golden Tee cabinet?
Yes. If you own a GT Fore!, GT LIVE, or IT Showpiece cabinet, you can purchase a GT PGA TOUR Upgrade Kit separately. Purchasing a kit also includes the 2026 software update at no additional cost.
What online features does the subscription include?
The optional subscription unlocks global tournaments and leaderboards, Club Pass XP progression (exclusive gear, custom clubs, and player cosmetics), the annual fall software update with new courses, and Run IT league management software for hosting your own brackets.
How does the NFC login work?
Tap your NFC-enabled smartphone against the reader on the cabinet to instantly log into your Golden Tee account. No coins, no PIN, no wait. You can also use the 5-inch onboard touchscreen for cardless login.
