Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement.When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.

Incredible Technologies is thrilled to announce the new Golden Tee PGA TOUR Showpiece PRO cabinet. The Showpiece PRO cabinet, which is available for pre-order now, is set to begin shipping in mid-November. This new addition to the Golden Tee PGA TOUR family is a sleeker, smaller and more cost conscious take on the game’s current platform.
“We couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter of the Golden Tee PGA TOUR era,” said Adam Kramer, President of Incredible Technologies’ Amusement Division. “Knowing how important cost and space are to our customers, we tackled their needs directly while not sacrificing the virtual golf experience.”
The Showpiece PRO will feature a reimagined cubby space that can hold drinks, cellphones and more. It also is significantly smaller than the current Golden Tee PGA TOUR Deluxe cabinet, providing relief for those with limited space.
Accompanying this new cabinet will be an optional new television stand that is lightweight and easy to assemble. Those who already own a Legacy Showpiece TV Stand from previous Golden Tee cabinets will be pleased to know the Showpiece PRO is compatible with this as well.
The system box has also been redesigned to lessen the overall footprint and improve the ease of any service and upgrade issues that might arise. As an additional note, the dollar bill acceptor will not be included with the cabinet, as it will come with an easy-to-remove blanketing plate instead. Customers can, however, request a DBA if they are needed.
The Golden Tee PGA TOUR Showpiece PRO features the latest Golden Tee 2026 PGA TOUR software. With more than 120 fantasy courses and 10+ real PGA TOUR stops, including TPC Sawgrass, TPC Scottsdale and more, this cabinet is overflowing with content.
This includes Incredible Technologies’ new Golden Tee league software, RUN IT, which officially launched earlier this week.
