Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to deliveryonly if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement. When your shipment arrives:
Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
Note: If damages are found prior to signing the delivery receipt, any resulting detention fees will be waived.
Delivery Inspection:Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages onthe delivery receipt –
Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Please be Advised: If you sign for the shipment without notating damages and/or shortages, the carrier will reject all claims for said damages and/or shortages. Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered. Overview
The RJ Edition Super Chexx Pro is a numbered limited-edition bubble hockey table from Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE), built in Clarence, NY and tributing Rick Jeanneret — the voice of the Buffalo Sabres for over 50 years and the live commentator heard on every Super Chexx unit. Each of the 100 numbered units ships with RJ-exclusive graphics throughout: a printed Buffalo skyline dome, RJ's signature play calls on the ice surface, custom dashers, a Jumbotron scoreboard decal, and an RJ faceplate, with built-in LED lighting included as standard. The default matchup is Buffalo Sabres vs. Toronto Maple Leafs.

Each RJ Edition is assigned a unique production number between 1 and 100. The numbering is applied to the unit itself, making every table a documented edition piece. Once all 100 are produced, the configuration is retired.
Printed Buffalo Skyline Dome
ICE's printed dome technology renders the Buffalo, NY city skyline directly on both sides of the Lexan polycarbonate dome. The dome is the same signature polycarbonate used across all Super Chexx Pro models — the skyline graphic is applied to this surface, visible from above and around the cabinet during play.
RJ Ice Surface with Famous Calls
Rick Jeanneret's most recognized calls are printed directly on the playfield ice surface. The surface also carries the full RJ Edition custom graphic treatment. This is a distinct playfield not shared with any other Super Chexx Pro configuration.
Built-In LED Lighting
LED lighting is included as a standard component on every RJ Edition unit — it is integrated at the factory, not an aftermarket addition. The LEDs illuminate the playing surface and interact with the printed dome graphics.
Live Rick Jeanneret Play Calling and Audio
The Super Chexx Pro platform includes live-action audio with Rick Jeanneret as the in-game announcer. U.S. and Canadian national anthems, live action sounds, and animated replay sequences are part of the electronics package. The RJ Edition carries his voice alongside the custom visual tribute.
Coin-Op and Home Configurations Available
The RJ Edition is available in a standard home configuration or with an optional coin-door arcade version. The coin-door upgrade converts the unit for commercial coin operation, making it deployable in arcades, venues, and routes. How It Plays
Each player controls their team's rods from their end of the cabinet — rotating and sliding to pass, shoot, and defend across the printed RJ ice surface under the polycarbonate dome. Goals trigger Rick Jeanneret's live call audio and an animated replay sequence visible through the dome, which is audible and visible to anyone standing nearby. The two-player face-off format and enclosed dome keep gameplay contained and fast-paced through the full game clock.
