A furniture-quality air hockey table combining Dynamo's commercial-grade internals with hand-stained hardwood craftsmanship.
Overview
The Dynamo Worthington represents a collaboration between Valley-Dynamo and furniture craftsmen from Champion Shuffleboard and Connelly Billiards. This American-built air hockey table features hand-stained hardwood construction with the commercial-grade playfield and components that have made Dynamo tables renowned for reliable performance. Each table is individually stained by hand in Richland Hills, Texas, creating a piece that functions as both a precision game table and furniture-quality showpiece.
Key Features
Hand-Stained Solid Wood Construction
Crafted from solid maple or oak wood and finished by experienced furniture craftsmen. Each table is individually hand-stained with intricate wood trim details and multiple finish options available: Fruitwood, Black, Honey Walnut, Harvest, Madison, Mahogany, Medium Mill Creek, Natural, Old World, Rustic Grey, Pecan, Capri, Charleston, Cordovan, Dark Cherry, and Dark Espresso.
Commercial-Grade Formica Playfield
Features a 6.9-foot coated Formica playing surface that maintains consistent puck glide and resists wear from extended play. The slick surface and centerline marking provide tournament-quality play characteristics with the same construction methods used in Dynamo's arcade-quality tables.
Powerful Dyna-Blast Blower Motor
Premium Dyna-blast motor system provides consistent airflow across the entire playfield while operating efficiently. This powerful blower ensures fast, responsive puck movement and maintains optimal playing conditions throughout extended gameplay sessions.
Reinforced Cabinet and Commercial-Grade Components
Heavy-duty cabinet construction with solid wood legs and commercial-quality reinforcement prevents table movement during aggressive play. The substantial 285-pound weight and robust build quality ensure the table remains stable and level over years of use.
No-Clog Puck Return System
Advanced goal assembly design reduces puck jamming and provides reliable puck return to each player's end. These commercial-grade goal ends share design elements with other Dynamo tables, ensuring consistent performance and easy serviceability.
In-Laid Abacus Scoring System
Traditional abacus-style scoring system built directly into the table design maintains the elegant aesthetic while providing clear game tracking. Includes complete set of pucks and mallets for immediate play.
How It Plays
Players use mallets to strike the puck across the air-cushioned playfield, attempting to score goals while defending their own end. The powerful Dyna-blast motor and smooth Formica surface provide responsive puck movement for fast-paced gameplay that rewards both strategy and quick reflexes.
