Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to deliveryonly if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement. When your shipment arrives:
Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
Note: If damages are found prior to signing the delivery receipt, any resulting detention fees will be waived.
Delivery Inspection:Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages onthe delivery receipt –
Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Please be Advised: If you sign for the shipment without notating damages and/or shortages, the carrier will reject all claims for said damages and/or shortages. Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered. The Cornilleau Competition 740 ITTF Indoor is a full competition-grade table tennis table built to International Table Tennis Federation standards, with a 25mm particleboard top finished in Cornilleau's water-based SKILTOP coating and a 70mm galvanized steel frame. Manufactured in France and carrying both ITTF and FFTT approvals, it is certified for international-level tournament play while remaining practical for club and multi-use indoor facilities. 25mm SKILTOP Playing Surface
The 25mm chipboard top is finished with SKILTOP, a water-based, extra-matte anti-reflection paint. The surface maximizes spin reproduction and provides a consistent, fast bounce that meets ITTF competition specifications. The matte finish reduces glare under sports-hall lighting.
70mm Aluzinc Steel Frame
The wide 70mm-height frame is fabricated from Aluzinc-coated galvanized steel, keeping the playing surface flat and stable across years of heavy use. The steel legs measure 120mm x 60mm in cross-section.
16-Point DSI Locking System
Cornilleau's patented DSI locking system engages 16 points of contact in both the open play position and the folded storage position. The table also locks automatically at 65° if the handle is released mid-unfold, providing a secondary catch against accidental collapse.
COMPACT TECHNOLOGY Folding System
Cornilleau's COMPACT TECHNOLOGY folding design brings the two tabletop halves together in a geometry that reduces the tipping risk and closes the gap between tops in storage, preventing access to the folded interior. The folded table measures 75 x 152 x 155 cm.
Automatic Height- and Tension-Adjustable Net
The net posts extend automatically when the table is unfolded. A roller at the base of each post sets playing height, and a pull-and-secure wheel adjusts net tension independently — both adjustments made without tools.
Ball-Bearing Indoor Wheels and 135mm Leveling Pads
The 125mm x 35mm ball-bearing wheels are made from a material formulated to avoid marking or damaging soft sports-hall floors. Four brakes lock the table in place on uneven or sloped surfaces. Leveling is done by rotating the 135mm diameter adjustable foot pads by hand.
How It Plays
Play begins with each player's paddle contacting a surface that returns spin at competition speed — the 25mm SKILTOP top provides the consistent, fast bounce ITTF certification requires, and effects translate predictably from shot to shot. The wide 70mm steel frame keeps the surface rigid under aggressive play, so there is no flex or resonance when the ball lands near the frame edge. From the sideline, the matte finish means the ball and its spin are readable under direct overhead lighting without glare washing out the surface.
