The American Changer AC-2221 is a dual-cabinet rear load bill changer featuring two AC1005 units mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel faceplate. This industry-first design provides the security and reliability of two separate machines while appearing as a single unified unit. The pull-away faceplate design minimizes repair costs and simplifies maintenance access.

Dual Pyramid Validators

Two Pyramid validators accept $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20 bills with dual stacker capacities of 500 notes each for a total capacity of 1,000 bills.

Flexible Dispensing Options

Can dispense quarters, tokens, or $1 coins. Hopper capacity supports 2,800 quarters per hopper (5,600 total) or 2,200 $1 coins per hopper (4,400 total). Token compatibility ranges from 3/4" to 1 1/8" diameter and .049" to .098" thickness.

The AC-2221 requires two control boards to operate both changers. Optional 2000 boards enable quarter acceptance, token values over $1, and bonus payout features.

Compatible with custom cut faceplates, audit printer, Condor coin acceptors, IDX electronic coin acceptors with custom tokens, CoinCo bill stackers, heaters, MARS validators with various stacker capacities, CoinCo Vantage validators, and Medeco security locks.
