Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement.When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.

The American Changer AC111 is a front-loading ticket dispenser designed for operators who need automated ticket sales without attendant supervision. Its compact 8½" wide cabinet fits in tight spaces while holding 4,000 fan-folded tickets and featuring operator-adjustable controls via internal LCD screen.

Multi-Denomination Bill Acceptance
Pyramid or Astro brand bill acceptor handles $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills with adjustable payout ratios. Standard factory setting is 1:1 ratio, but operators can customize payouts using the internal control board and LCD screen.
Front-Loading Design
All service functions accessible from the front for easy maintenance and ticket refilling without requiring rear cabinet access. Automated dispensing reduces need for attendant supervision.
High-Capacity Storage
Holds up to 4,000 fan-folded, pre-printed tickets and features a 500-bill stacker capacity for extended unattended operation.
Service Indicator
Built-in "Out of Service" light alerts operators when tickets are empty or when the machine experiences other faults requiring attention.
High Security Construction
