The LAI Games Smash DX Motion is a hydraulic motion-base off-road racing arcade cabinet featuring a 55-inch LED display, a full arsenal of in-race power-ups, and support for up to four linked cabinets running simultaneous head-to-head competition. Players choose from 10 vehicles and race across 5 tracks while deploying Shocks, Boosts, Bombs, and Missiles against opponents — with every impact felt through the motion platform.

How It Plays

The player steers an off-road vehicle through rough terrain using accessible controls, collecting power-ups mid-race and deploying them against opponents — Missiles track a targeted rival on screen, Bombs spread damage to nearby racers, and Shock chains slow multiple competitors at once. Each weapon detonation produces a visible, large-format reaction on the 55-inch display. When four cabinets are linked side by side, the simultaneous seat motion across the bank — all four rocking and jolting in response to the same race events — is visible from across the floor.
