A coin-operated crane machine available in 41-inch widths that dispenses Smart Ticket Ring prizes, designed for redemption play in commercial arcade and FEC environments.
Overview
The Smart Industries Ticket King is a redesigned crane redemption machine offered in 41-inch cabinet width, with 33-inch depth that fits through standard doorways. The new design introduces a 180-degree product view window, a fully updated LED lighting package, and upper and lower frame LED edge lighting throughout the cabinet. Both models are compatible with candy, plush, bean bag, and jewelry prize configurations, giving operators broad flexibility in merchandise selection.
Key Features
180-Degree Product View Window with Clear Display Corners
The Ticket King features a 180-degree product view window with clear display corners, giving players an unobstructed view of the prize layout from both the front and sides. The expanded viewing angle works well in open floor configurations where players approach from multiple directions.
Comprehensive LED Lighting Package
LED lighting is integrated throughout the cabinet across multiple zones: a new LED prize door frame, LED front and side top marquee, LED edge-lit dual coin comparators, and new upper and lower frame LED edge lighting. The full-cabinet lighting package delivers strong floor visibility across a wide range of venue lighting conditions.
Versatile Prize Configuration
41-inch models support candy, plush, bean bag, and jewelry prize configurations. The high-volume capacity playfield accommodates a substantial quantity of prizes, reducing service intervals in busy locations. The Smart Ticket Ring prize system recycles prizes that are not won back into the playfield automatically, further reducing restocking frequency.
High-Security Cabinet Construction
The cabinet is constructed from 18-gauge steel and includes steel security padlock tabs on both the console and front glass door, an independent locking coin box, tamper-resistant design, and a coat-hanger-proof cabinet. Tempered safety glass is used throughout.
Play Till You Win Option
A dip switch setting enables or disables a "Play Till You Win" mode, giving operators straightforward control over payout configuration. The setting can be adjusted quickly during route collections or inspections without accessing service menus.
DBA Ready with Multiple Acceptor Compatibility
The Ticket King ships DBA ready and is compatible with Pyramid, ICT, and MEI bill acceptors. LED edge-lit dual coin comparators are included as standard, supporting both coin and bill acceptance configurations out of the box.
How It Plays
Players insert coins or bills, then use the 4-way joystick to position the medium claw assembly over the prize of their choice before dropping it to attempt a grab. The Credit/Timer Display — a 7-segment LED readout — tracks remaining time and credits, and the interactive sound system provides audio feedback throughout play. Won prizes drop through the prize chute, while unplayed prizes recycle back into the game automatically to keep the playfield continuously stocked.

Operator Notes
Cabinet Size Selection
The Ticket King is available in both 31-inch and 41-inch widths. Both models share a 33-inch depth, allowing them to pass through standard doorways — a practical consideration when placing units in venues with narrow corridor access or interior room constraints.
Prize Restocking and Playfield Management
The Smart Ticket Ring prize system is self-recycling — prizes that are not won return to the playfield automatically. The high-volume capacity playfield extends the time between restocking visits. Prize inventory should still be monitored during high-traffic periods to ensure the playfield remains adequately stocked.
Payout Configuration
The "Play Till You Win" mode is toggled via a dip switch, making it straightforward to adjust payout behavior without accessing service menus. Ticket payout settings are also adjustable, allowing operators to calibrate game difficulty and prize distribution to suit their venue's traffic and player mix.
