- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.

A coin-operated crane machine for arcade and redemption venues where players win ticket rings of varying values, redeemable at the counter or credited directly to swipe cards.
Overview
The Smart Industries Ticket Ring (TR45N), also known as the King of Rings, is a 45" narrow crane machine featuring fully illuminated front panels with single-color LED lighting selectable to match any location's aesthetic. Players use a 4-way joystick to maneuver the claw and attempt to grab ticket ring prizes of varying redemption values. Winning rings are redeemed at the counter or credited directly to swipe cards, then recycled back into the game — creating a continuous prize supply with no consumable ticket rolls.
Key Features
LED Front Frame Illumination
The cabinet features fully lit front panels using a single-color LED system. Operators can select from seven available colors — Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Pink, Red, or Orange — to coordinate with their venue's décor or branding.
Durable and Tamper-Resistant Cabinet Construction
Front panels are constructed from durable Lexan, and the cabinet is built to be tamper-resistant and coat-hanger proof. Tempered safety glass is used on the viewing area, and steel security padlock tabs are located on both the console and front glass door. The coin box locks independently for added security during collections.
Play Till You Win Mode
An on/off dip switch setting enables Play Till You Win mode, which guarantees a win within a configurable number of plays. This setting can be toggled by the operator as needed.
Medium Claw Assembly and High-Volume Playfield
The machine ships standard with a medium claw assembly and a high-volume capacity playfield sized to hold a large quantity of ticket rings. The prize chute opening measures 6.5" x 7.5". Optional small or large claw assemblies are also available.
DBA Ready with Imonex Coin Mechanism
The TR45N comes standard with an Imonex coin mechanism and is DBA ready for bill acceptor integration. A 7-segment LED credit/timer display keeps players informed during gameplay.
Interactive Sound System
An interactive sound system responds to gameplay events, providing audio feedback that contributes to floor presence in busy venues.
How It Plays
Players insert coins or credits and use the 4-way joystick to position the claw over a pile of ticket rings, then press the button to drop and attempt a grab. Each ring has a printed ticket value; won rings are brought to the redemption counter where the ticket value is exchanged or credited to a swipe card. The rings are then returned to the playfield and recirculated, eliminating the need for traditional paper ticket dispensing.

Operator Notes
Ticket Ring Prize Supply
Ticket ring prizes are available through Smart Industries' parts department only and are not included with the machine purchase. Rings are recycled back into the game after redemption, so ongoing consumable costs are minimal compared to traditional paper ticket machines.
Available Options and Upgrades
Several factory options are available: a 220V AC transformer for international installations; a DBA with 500-bill stacker compatible with Pyramid, ICT, or MEI acceptors; a US/Canadian coin mechanism with 400-stacker CoinCo; a Looney/Twoney coin mechanism for Canadian operations; small or large claw assembly in place of the standard medium; and custom graphics. Contact BVC for option availability and configuration details.
Swipe Card Integration
In card-based locations, an attendant credits the player's card with the ticket value printed on the won ring rather than exchanging physical tickets. This process works with existing card management systems without any special hardware modification to the machine.
Security Features
The cabinet includes steel security padlock tabs on the console and front glass door, an independently locking coin box, and a tamper-resistant, coat-hanger-proof cabinet design to protect against unauthorized access.
