Prize Hub 2.0 is an innovative self-service prize redemption system that transforms the traditional redemption counter into a high-tech, contactless experience. The Main Hub serves as the brain of the system, powering up to five different module types that can be arranged and rearranged to create the perfect prize display for any space. Its modular construction allows operators to start with a basic configuration and expand as their business grows.

Fully Modular Design

Five different module types can be connected to the Main Hub and repositioned anytime. Operators can shift any module to any location as well as add modules to their unit. Power switches are standard in each module for independent operation.

Intuitive Touch Screen Navigation

The 21" touch screen monitor features two shopping modes and filtering by prize value, allowing customers to browse efficiently. Includes 5 language options, advertising capabilities, password-protected operator menu, and USB prize image uploading.

Stand Out Cabinet Design

Bright interior lighting highlights prizes while operator-controlled RGB accent lighting illuminates the top and bottom to draw customers in from across the venue. Available in black or white cabinet finishes to match any location aesthetic.

Secure Access and Mobility

Back access doors on each module with secure locking systems protect merchandise. Locking casters provide both mobility for repositioning and security and stability during operation. Built-in shelving in the Main Hub offers additional prize storage.

Five Module Options

Capsule Module holds 1,980 capsules or balls in 18 rotating bins with attract mode. Spindle XL Module displays up to 126 hanging prizes on 21 secure spindles. Locker Module features 5 secured glass-front lockers. Locker XL Module offers 9 secured glass-front lockers. Standard Locker Module provides compact high-value prize dispensing.

Multiple Configuration Options

Available with printer/scanner for ticket redemption or card reader configuration for cashless operation. Main Hub can be purchased separately or as complete packages with different module combinations to suit various operational needs.

Prize Hub Cloud Integration

Remote management capabilities include prize inventory tracking, email and text notifications, remote configuration, usage reporting, performance monitoring, and diagnostic tracking through the Prize Hub Cloud service.

How It Plays

Players approach the Prize Hub and use the large touch screen to browse available prizes, filter by ticket value, or shop by category. After making their selection, the system guides them to the appropriate module where their prize is automatically dispensed. The contactless operation eliminates wait times and allows multiple customers to browse simultaneously.
