- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.

A 24-inch prize window. Rubber ducks packed to the glass. One claw descends on command.
Overview
The Duck Locker SE is a 24-inch skill crane from Pipeline Games, built around a duck-themed prize format but configurable for any small plush or soft toy. It ships with a prize fill included and arrives ready for immediate route deployment. Two coin mechs are installed standard, with optional dollar bill acceptor and credit card reader upgrades available.
Key Features
Configurable Prize Format
The cabinet is set up at the factory for rubber ducks but can be reconfigured for any small plush or soft toy. The prize fill included at no additional charge — valued at over $100 — covers the initial stock so the machine is ready to earn from day one.
Winner Every Time or Skill Play Mode
An operator-accessible setting switches the machine between guaranteed-win mode and standard skill play. Winner Every Time mode guarantees a prize on every play cycle; Skill Play mode returns claw strength to standard crane behavior. The operator selects which mode fits the location without any hardware change.
Wi-Fi Remote Monitoring
The Duck Locker SE is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing operators to monitor income data and prize count remotely from a phone. The monitoring feature tracks plays and prizes dispensed without requiring a physical visit to the machine. Pipeline Games notes this capability is in active beta testing.
MicroSD Audio Control
The machine's in-cabinet music is stored on a MicroSD card accessible from inside the cabinet. Swapping the card updates the audio without any software procedure — pull the card, load new files, reinsert.
Dual Coin Mechs Standard
Two coin mechanisms are installed at the factory. An optional dollar bill acceptor and an optional credit card reader can each be added to expand payment acceptance without replacing the existing coin mechs.
How It Plays
The player positions the claw over the prize field using the joystick, then triggers the drop with a single button press. In Skill Play mode, claw grip strength varies by aim and timing; in Winner Every Time mode, the machine ensures a prize is delivered on each cycle. From the side, the full prize field is visible through the glass — ducks or plush stacked against the 24-inch window — so the claw descent and grab read clearly to anyone standing nearby.

Why Operators Love It
US-Stocked Replacement Parts
Pipeline Games stocks all Duck Locker SE parts domestically in New Jersey. When a component needs replacement, there is no international lead time — parts ship from US inventory.
Compact Footprint for Tight Locations
At 23 inches wide and 27 inches deep, the Duck Locker SE fits single-unit wall slots and small-footprint route stops — convenience stores, pizzerias, and waiting areas where a larger 36-inch crane cabinet would not clear the space.
Phone-Based Income Monitoring
The built-in Wi-Fi module transmits play counts and prize-out data to the operator's phone — no physical visit required to check machine activity. For route operators managing multiple locations, this reduces the number of check-in stops needed to monitor performance.
Per-Location Mode Switching
The Winner Every Time / Skill Play toggle is an operator-level setting — no hardware swap, no technician call. An operator running the same unit across different venue types can adjust the payout behavior at each stop to match the location's audience or agreement terms.
Frequently Asked Questions
What prizes does the Duck Locker SE ship with?
The Duck Locker SE includes a free prize fill valued at over $100. The machine is configured at the factory for rubber ducks but can be operated with any small plush toy using the same prize field setup.
What payment options does the Duck Locker SE support?
The machine ships with two coin mechs installed standard. A dollar bill acceptor and a credit card reader are each available as optional add-ons and can be installed to expand payment acceptance without removing the existing coin mechs.
How is the Duck Locker SE serviced in the field?
Pipeline Games provides phone-based technical support during business hours, with after-hours support available by appointment. All replacement parts are stocked domestically in New Jersey, and the machine carries a one-year warranty on the main computer and all electronic components.
What is the assembled footprint of the Duck Locker SE?
The Duck Locker SE assembles to 23 inches wide, 27 inches deep, and 71 inches tall, weighing 225 lbs. The 23-inch width fits standard single-unit wall slots in most small venue and route configurations.
Ideal Placement
The Duck Locker SE is sized for single-unit route stops: convenience stores, restaurant waiting areas, pizzerias, and laundromat game corners where a full-size crane cabinet would not fit. Its 23-inch width also allows placement in small family entertainment center game rooms and mini-golf clubhouses where floor space is at a premium. The duck-themed prize format positions it naturally in family-focused venues alongside redemption games targeting younger players.
