Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement. When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.
If you have any questions or concerns before signing the delivery receipt, please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-205-324-7526. A Representative will talk you through the delivery process.
Up to six players. Every step lights or kills a tile beneath their feet. The whole floor is the controller.
Overview
Hyper Grid is a fully unattended, large-format social play arena from FOG Technologies and LAI Games, built on pressure-sensitive RGB LED floor and wall tiles that respond instantly to player contact — no controllers, no attendant required for up to six simultaneous players. Sessions run 4–6 minutes, with players setting up and paying at an integrated touchscreen kiosk that handles game selection, player count, team configuration, and session launch without staff involvement.
Key Features
Full-Color Non-Slip RGB LED Tiles on Floor and Opposing Walls
Every tile is independently pressure-sensitive and individually addressable for color, with a non-slip surface and high-diffusion finish. Tiles are fixed to both the floor and two opposing walls, extending the active play zone vertically so players interact with the arena in multiple physical planes — stepping, stomping, and pressing against wall panels as game logic dictates. The LED configuration runs 360 degrees around the arena interior.
Licensed Game Library with Active Title Additions
The system ships with a curated lineup of fast-paced competitive and cooperative games including NBA Superstars, Neon Bowling, Top Gun: Maverick, Escape The Lava, and Find The Color. Additional licensed titles are planned for future release, expanding available content on existing installed units as the library grows.
Integrated Self-Service Kiosk with Coin, Card, and Multi-Player Card System
A touchscreen kiosk built into the unit handles payment, game selection, player count, and team configuration before each session. The kiosk accepts coin, card swipe, and is Multi-Player Card System ready, covering the full range of payment preferences in a single integrated unit.
AI Highlight Reel with Social Sharing
Onboard cameras record gameplay throughout each session. An AI system automatically edits the footage into a shareable highlight reel that guests receive post-session for posting to social media. The feature runs as part of normal session flow with no staff action required.
Optional Redemption Operation
Hyper Grid supports an optional redemption configuration, allowing operators to add ticket-payout gameplay to the arena. This gives FECs and redemption-focused venues the ability to integrate Hyper Grid into their existing prize redemption ecosystem.
How It Plays
Players step directly onto the lit tile surface and react physically to color and pattern cues flashing across the floor and wall panels — in Escape The Lava, tiles beneath a player's feet shift red and must be vacated before the countdown hits zero; in Find The Color, a target color is announced and every player sprints to the nearest matching tile; in NBA Superstars and Top Gun: Maverick, the licensed game logic drives specific movement patterns across the full arena floor. Sessions last 4–6 minutes. From outside the arena, the entire floor shifts color in real time as players move, and the side-mounted monitor broadcasts game state and scores to anyone watching.

Why Operators Love It
Zero Staff Required Per Session
The integrated kiosk handles payment, game selection, player setup, and session launch. Scoring, in-game management, and highlight capture all run on the unit itself — venues can place Hyper Grid without assigning floor staff to it.
Redemption-Compatible Configuration
The optional redemption mode lets operators connect Hyper Grid to an existing ticket or prize ecosystem. FECs with redemption counters can run the arena as a standard payout attraction alongside their other redemption games.
Multi-Player Card System Ready Out of the Box
The onboard kiosk is Multi-Player Card System ready, meaning venues operating a debit card or game card ecosystem can integrate Hyper Grid directly into that payment infrastructure without additional hardware modifications.
Content Library Expands Post-Install
FOG Technologies and LAI Games have announced additional game titles for future release on existing Hyper Grid hardware. Operators who purchase now receive new game content on the same installed unit as the library grows — including the current lineup of licensed titles already on board.
Ideal Placement
Family entertainment centers, trampoline parks, indoor amusement venues, and large arcade floors where group attractions anchor the layout. The unattended operation and self-service kiosk make it compatible with venues running lean staffing models. The optional redemption configuration suits FECs with existing prize counters.
