Introducing SMART TOUCHLESS: an available option on all new Smart 24-45" cranes and as a kit to replace the controls on many previous generation cranes
The new Smart Touchless controller presents technology that allows players to operate and control skill cranes without contacting the game controls themselves.
This two part system features a 2 axis 4 directional touchless control and a touchless claw sensor allowing the player to move the crane mechanism in all directions Left, Right, Forward, Backward, and to drop the claw with the touchless claw sensor.
After purchasing Credits on the game, a player uses his finger above the desired directional sensor (Forward, Backward, Left, or Right), never making contact with the controller itself. The finger is held above the sensor itself without making contact. The player will use each directional control to align the claw above the desired prize. Once the player's desired alignment is reached, the player will place their finger above the claw sensor causing the claw to drop, close and return home.
The Smart Touchless controller is a contactless device and will give your players confidence in the game they play.

Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement.When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.
