Smart Industries is pleased to debut our first ever game that combines both redemption & self merchandising in one package. This delightful unit features the exciting play of a hammer game as well as options for ticket redemption and/or a merchandise vendor. The game has 4 different configuration options. Ticket only, Prizes Only, Tickets & Prizes, and Entertainment Only.

How to Win a Prize
After coin-up, the player selects the prize they want to win, prize 1,2,3, or 4 using the select button on the front of the game. The game will then generate the score necessary to win a prize for that game on the lower right display. If a player reaches the necessary score at the end of the game, the prize will dispense automatically.
If a Ticket Dispenser feature is used and a player does not reach the score necessary to win a prize, the game will dispense the number of tickets to the player based on the score.

Shipping & Handling
Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The carrier will call prior to delivery only if a Delivery Appointment or a Notify Prior to Delivery Service is requested at the time of order placement.When your shipment arrives:
- Delivery Duration Time: Each delivery gets approximately 20 minutes to 30 minutes of free time based on the size of your shipment. If more time is required, detention fees will apply.
- Delivery Inspection: Prior to accepting the delivery, please inspect both the exterior and the interior contents for any damage / shortage. You must note all damages and/or shortages on the delivery receipt –
- Damages Observed - If you notice damage, and you are confident in exactly what is damaged, please note the delivery receipt with the details. If you notice damages but you are not fully clear on what may be damaged, please note the delivery receipt with a general “damaged”.
- Invalid Notation: Never note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt. You must always inspect before signing the delivery receipt.
- Shortage: If you are short any item, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt and note the condition of the packaging (intact or not intact).
- Refuse Shipment: If the shipment is damaged beyond repair, please refuse the shipment and note “refused” on the delivery receipt.
Best Practice: If the exterior packaging is even slightly damaged, it is best to note “damaged” on the delivery receipt - If the contents end up damaged, your shipment is covered.
